SCREEN BLACKS OUT AFTER STARTING SLEEPMULTIMEDIA

Problem:
After installing SleepMultiMedia the screen blacks out after showing the first page with the SleepMultiMedia word.

Cause:
Many laptops and desktop computers are set to force video at full screen size.

Resolution:
Go into the Windows START menu and select: SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/MULTIMEDIA/VIDEO and select Show video at Original Size. Click OK.
Restart SleepMultiMedia.
